Sherline provides leadership in managing and delivering 3D printing process development and user requirements for Stainless Steel and Polymer materials. She works closely with the 3D Printing CoE technical SME’s and associated business unit engineering teams to de-risk additive manufacturing processes to accelerate the launch of innovative products.
Sherline brings a wide range of skills and experiences, and a proven track record working with cross functional teams to develop and optimize a variety of key tools and production processes. She has been part of the Jabil team for four months and previously six years at Johnson and Johnson. She received her Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering from ETH Zurich focusing her work on grinding tools and processes in manufacturing. She also holds a master’s and bachelor’s in mechanical engineering from the Federal University Santa Catarina, Brazil.
